Nikki has experience delivering large-scale complex change programmes across Insurance, Retail Banking and Energy sectors. She has successfully led strategic, operational and technology transformation projects for global FTSE 100 clients. She joined Oaklin after six years with global management consultancies, completing both industry and project management specific qualifications.
Nikki brings a proactive and creative approach to deliver flexible, high-impact programmes and projects tailored to the needs of our clients. Outside of work she spends most of her time playing sport, recently representing Great Britain at Tag Rugby.
Dominic is Oaklin’s Aerospace & Defence Sector Lead and a Partner with over 20 years of consulting experience. He has led major transformation, strategy, and delivery programmes for some of the UK’s largest aerospace and defence organisations. Before joining Oaklin, Dominic served in the Royal Navy as Head of Internet Communications, where he oversaw the Service’s early digital engagement strategy. He brings deep expertise in public sector operations, commercial optimisation, and technology-enabled change. Dominic is passionate about helping defence and aerospace clients navigate complex challenges, enhance operational performance, and deliver sustainable, mission-driven outcomes.
Louise Cooper is a highly experienced, dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager with a successful background across many corporate sectors globally. She takes a collaborative approach to successful transformational leadership, engaging with key stakeholders at all levels, delivering ‘fit for purpose’ organisational operating models, delivery strategies, systems migration and business change and communications. Highly accomplished in design and execution of post-merger integration strategies, program management and project roadmaps. Qualified Chartered Accountant and PRINCE2 & PMP experienced, with extensive knowledge of developing and applying best practice frameworks to deliver real business benefit. Experience of driving organisation design and change management, business transformation, service transition, project strategies, managing people, systems deployment and benefit realisation.
Josh is a consultant with over 6 years’ experience working with clients to define, shape and drive the delivery of transformation portfolios and programmes. He also uses his delivery experience and insight to mature client delivery capabilities, in particularly within portfolio management. He has worked across a range of sectors, including financial services, energy and utilities and the public sector.

Peter White is a performance-focused consultant with extensive experience delivering business change and improvement across international organisations and supply chains operating in challenging locations. Peter has a proven history across marketing technology, manufacturing, retail and not-for-profit sectors. He has delivered multi-national transformation projects, including international M&A integration and change programmes to drive organisational performance and adhere to evolving regulatory requirements. Peter has experience managing budgets up to £90m, and teams of 10-40 people. Peter holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, a BA in Business and Computing, and a MA in Design.
Anil is a project and programme management professional with a focus on technology transformation. He is proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies. Anil has mobilised and led major IT and business change programmes across private and public sectors, including the launch of a mission-critical communications network and the rollout of nationwide fibre infrastructure. His experience also extends to product management, business process improvement, operating model design, and service delivery.
Anil is passionate about emerging technologies and product innovation. He merges an analytical approach with the ability to quickly assimilate abstract concepts, identify associated business impacts, and define a change approach that maximises business outcomes.
Catriona is a project and change management professional who is known for building strong client relationships. Catriona has led and supported programmes of work across the public and private sectors, and has experience of all stages of the project lifecycle from inception through to delivery, working with clients to deliver strategic outcomes, including revenue-growth, process-optimisation and benefits realisation.
Catriona joined Oaklin from EY, is a graduate of the TeachFirst Programme, and has a BSc in Human Biology from the University of St Andrews. Despite living in London, Catriona is happiest wearing wellies in the country, a remnant of growing up in rural Scotland.
Grant is a consulting executive with more than 14 years of experience in delivery leadership, strategy development and execution, commercial advisory, technical innovation and operational transformation. He is results-driven, naturally collaborative and well-versed in shaping and delivering complex change. He is skilled at bringing together hybrid organisations and stakeholders to create high-performing teams. Grant has deep experience across public sector clients in the UK and US.
Krishan is a highly motivated Consultant with a masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham. At Oaklin, he has supported the delivery and change management aspects of digital transformation at a global petrochemicals company. He also created a corporate level strategy for a leading UK plumbing and heating merchant. Krishan enjoys playing a key role in the CSR working group and is keen to support wider communities through Oaklin’s charitable partners.
Miriam is a proactive, driven Consultant with experience in data strategy, business analysis and project management. Previous roles have enabled her to develop skills including product management, product strategy, data analysis, service design and target operating model definition. She has gained deep knowledge and experience in effectively managing technical deliveries.
