Oaklin women's network

At Oaklin, we strive to build a strong community of women throughout different stages of their careers. Our network of people is important to us and so providing a forum for our women to meet, learn, collaborate and mentor each other creates invaluable connections both in and outside the firm.

Our OWN committments

Everyone is welcome to join Oaklin Women's Network (OWN), which aims to empower and support our women to reach their fullest potential, whilst also empowering everyone to act as allies. As a network, we set out to achieve this through organising knowledge sharing discussions, keynote speaker events, and networking sessions all arranged on a quarterly basis. Some of our recent initiatives include our "Conversations with Women Leaders” article series, sharing how Oaklin #EmbraceEquity for International Women’s Day, and a group outing to a local networking event.

As a network we also organise learning sessions and events that help all our people (not just women!) develop their awareness and skill sets. Our sessions range on a variety of topics from building presence and impact at work to self-defence classes.

The network was founded by several of Oaklin’s women who are passionate about helping women thrive in consulting and in the work place. We genuinely value equity, diversity and inclusion and know that they enable brilliant ideas to grow and people to succeed. Join us and make a difference.
