Oaklin partnered with the Brand and Marketing function of a global automotive manufacturer to address increased campaign complexity, tightened timelines, and the need for stronger governance and accountability. By supporting delivery of a flagship sponsorship initiative and associated brand activity, end-to-end project management was provided to align workstreams, introduce plans, and mitigate risks. Wider agency operations were also reviewed and streamlined. Performance-based accountability was introduced, together with customer data management standards, including consistent and secure handling of personal data across agencies.
