Driving adoption of a modernised technical training programme

A global automotive manufacturer launched a technical transformation programme to modernise training design and delivery. Oaklin were brought in to drive adoption of the new model.
Client Context
The client’s technical training transformation programme sat within a complex Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and retailer environment, involving over 30 stakeholder groups with different priorities and levels of influence. Ongoing transformation activity created signs of change fatigue, risking low engagement.
Oaklin developed a stakeholder-focused communications approach, providing strong, tailored communications to align colleagues with the shared vision - supporting understanding of what was changing, why it mattered, and how it would affect them. This was critical to the programme’s success.
Client Outcome
By leveraging existing and developing programme-specific communication channels, the structured approach built alignment, maintained momentum, and supported adoption across the network through a clear, repeatable framework that ensured transformation success.
